Daniel Asenjo

Developer, Architect & Founder

Founder of Grupo Asenjo, focused on combining regional materials with modern technology to create exceptional living spaces rooted in identity and innovation.

Born in Mexico City, he studied Architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM). He participated in the design of Parque La Mexicana, a project recognized with several national and international awards. He was also involved in the construction of Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen.

He later designed Jasta Ha, a project where materials and form stand out distinctly from the surrounding buildings, reflecting a strong architectural identity.

Christian Asenjo

Co-Founder

Co-founder of Grupo Asenjo, born in Mexico City and studied Law at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM). He combines his legal background with a strong passion for interior design, bringing strategic vision and aesthetic sensibility to each project.

He has led and managed renovations of several nightclubs and bars in Mexico City, overseeing both the operational and design aspects to create distinctive and successful spaces.

Samanta Vazquez

International Real Estate

Born and raised in Mexico and professionally trained in California, Samanta Vazquez brings over 15 years of experience in Finance and Real Estate to clients seeking strategic opportunities in the Mexican Caribbean.

After building her career in Northern California, she developed a strong foundation in financial strategy, market analysis, and investment planning. As an active real estate investor herself, Samanta offers firsthand insight into risk assessment, appreciation potential, and long-term wealth building.

Now based in the Riviera Maya and licensed locally, she works with buyers from around the world, guiding them through secure, high-value acquisitions in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Americas.

Jonathan P. Rosamond

U.S. Attorney

Mango Grove, S. de R.L. de C.V. is led by Jonathan P. Rosamond, a U.S. attorney with extensive experience in real estate investment and development, fiduciary administration, trust structures, and cross-border asset planning.

Jonathan's background includes years of legal practice in estate planning and fiduciary services, service as a U.S. Army officer, and professional experience advising clients with complex, international financial lives.

Andrew Cutler

Software Engineer

Andrew holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, where his dissertation explored the connection between personality structure and Large Language Models. Before coming to the Riviera Maya, Andrew spent years in the startup world, co-founding Geolava and developing VR systems for neurotech applications used by the NFL and Special Forces.

At Grupo Asenjo, Andrew brings this technical rigor and founding-member grit to the digital team. When he's not overengineering the backend, he writes about the evolution of consciousness, plays club-level ultimate frisbee, and can still juggle while riding a unicycle.

During the pandemic, he and his wife relocated to Playa del Carmen, where they have lived ever since, starting an events business together ( Amar Weddings and Picnic Events Co ).
