Groundbreaking
XIOL officially broke ground on December 10, 2025. This milestone marks the beginning of construction on the XIOL development in Playa del Carmen.
Current Progress: Foundation Excavation
As of February 3, 2026, we’re deep into the foundation work:
What’s Happening Now
- Excavation: The foundation hole is being dug to proper depth
- Soil preparation: Clearing and leveling the site for foundation work
- Site work: Our crew is on-site daily making steady progress
